Angels and Something I Made

I've had these angels for years. I love their sparkly little dresses they are wearing. This photo of the angels and Christmas trees has nothing to do with the next two photos but I wanted to share them with you...

I got this idea from Dawn at "Feathered Nest". I used a silver plated tray instead. Well, because that's what I had...

This hangs in my craft room as a reminder to me. Of what I want to be . You can put any verse or poem or saying and I think it would be really cute. It's very simplistic but I think that's what makes it so attractive.
Only one week til Christmas! Are you ready?

Hi Sonya, I absolutely love this quote from the Bible. I must post it somewhere for me to see every day as it is certainly how I wish to live my life.

I can see that you have been using your hands for some wonderful crafting. And have been to Glory Days for some fabulous shopping! What fun!

I hope Santa brings you a new camera for Christmas although your photos looks lovely to me. Have a wonderful weekend. Tammy

What a lovely idea! Your angels look so sweet sitting in the little vignette you made them. I love sweet little vignettes!
Have fun today.

Great job on your verse and silver tray.

about my new nest orn. i started to use a tart tin like you did, then saw the measuring cups in my kitchen stash, and it already had handle for string.

Will make up two more as that is all the measuring cups i have right now.

think i will make 2 out of small tea strainers with wood handles too.Not good ornaments, but cute.

hugs and blessings

Hi Sonya! It was so nice to hear from you!!! I love the tray you made. It's really special. I have been wanting to use a silver tray and paint the inside with chalkboard paint. (another of those great ideas floating around Blogland) I just ran out of time to do it!!! I hope you and your family have a wonderful Christmas and a very happy New Year!!
